Born on February 27, 1974, in Mumbai, Arvind Shivram Rathod is a skilled artist and Animator with over 20 years of experience. A graduate of Sir J. J. School of Art (1997), he began his career in illustration under the late Shree Master artist John Fernandes.

Arvind has received several awards, including the “Mr. Madhusudan Puranik Award “ from The Art Society of India and the “Shree Krishnarao Ketkar Award “ from The Bombay Art Society, both in 2010. He transitioned into 2D/3D animation in 1998, working with UTV Toonz and contributing to numerous storyboards for top national and multinational companies.

Currently, he is a Visiting Faculty at D.Y. Patil University, New Mumbai, teaching Foundation Course in Classical Animation and Storyboarding. Arvind continues to showcase his work through solo and group exhibitions at leading galleries. He stay and work from Ghatkopar, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
